About Kim (she/her)
Teaching is my passion, and I believe everyone has the potential for greatness! I have the pleasure of helping people from all over the world reach their academic and professional goals. I am forever inspired by my students' bravery and determination to master the English language. We all know learning a language is incredibly challenging. However, with my guidance and expertise, you will become fluent, as well as confident in your abilities to speak, read, write, and understand English. My aim is to spark curiosity and critical thinking, making every lesson a memorable and an enlightening experience, and to foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves and engage in meaningful discussions.
My Values
I am a kind, caring, and compassionate person, and that is reflected in my teaching as I strive to create a transformative and nurturing learning experience for all of my students. My hope is that my impact reaches beyond academics, and instills values of empathy, respect, and open-mindedness. I create a sense of belonging in the classroom, where everyone's voice is valued and heard. Folks of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities are warmly welcomed.
